sc-13590 antibody, is it inhibitory antibody for integrin β1? It can inhibit the integrin β1?

Thank you for your question. Integrin β1/ITGB1 Antibody (P5D2) is recommended for detection of Integrin β1 of human origin by WB, IP, IF and FCM. It has not been tested for its blocking properties.

What is the recommended secondary reagent for Western blot?

Is Integrin β1 (P5D2): sc-13590 able to detect Integrin β1 under reducing conditions?

Hi. What does the 'L' mean in the catalog number of 'sc-13590L'? Can I consider this 'sc-13590L' product as same antibody as 'sc-13590' but just without azide? It seems that the concentration of 'sc-13590L' is 10 times higher than 'sc-13590'. Am I right?

Thank you for your inquiry. The L form means that this product is provided without gelatin or sodium azide in the buffer, just in PBS. This product is 10 times more concentrated than the standard product.
