I used Integrin β1 (4B7R): sc-9970 for IHC(P), but any tissues (including hepatocytes and endothelial cells) were completely negative for this antibody. I use BOND's auto staining machine. Why the antibody was negative for any tissues? How should I do?

I would like to use Integrin β1 Antibody (4B7R): sc-9970 for double staining with another mouse monoclonal primary antibody. Is this possible?

Currently, sc-9970 is available conjugated to FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor®405, Alexa Fluor® 488 and Alexa Fluor® 647. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Specific?I've stained FFPE human reactive tonsil and lymph nodes. It stains single cells very bright and faintly stromal component. I don't understand if staining on single cells is specific or not. I've used Pronase as antigen retrival for 20' at 37°C and Novolink polymer as revelation kit followed by DAB.
