How to dilute this antibody? What volumes can i use to arrive at 1:200?

Thank you for your question. This antibody is provided as 200µg in 1ml (1000µl), which means you have 1µg of antibody per 5µl of solution. So to make a 1:200 dilution, you need to take 1µg (5µl of solution) into 1ml of your diluent (milk/blocking reagent).

Insulin Antibody (2D11-H5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 (kappa light chain) provided at 200 µg in a total volume of 1 ml PBS with 0.1 % gelatin and <0.1 % sodium azide.
