IL-1β抗体（11E5）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG1抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）和免疫组织化学等方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人类样本中的IL-1β。抗IL-1β抗体（11E5）以非结合形式提供，可用于多种实验。IL-1β是一种关键的促炎细胞因子，在调节免疫反应和炎症方面起着至关重要的作用。IL-1β主要由活化的巨噬细胞产生，参与多种生理过程，包括调节T和B淋巴细胞的活化。值得注意的是，IL-1β以非活性前体形式分泌，然后被caspase-1裂解为活性形式，这凸显了翻译后修饰对其功能的重要性。这种激活过程对于IL-1β促进其他炎症介质产生和增强免疫反应的作用至关重要。IL-1β失调与多种炎症性疾病有关，包括类风湿性关节炎和炎症性肠病，因此IL-1β成为治疗干预的重要靶点。
