IL-17抗体（G-4）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆IL-17抗体（也称为IL17抗体、IL17A抗体或白细胞介素17抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的IL-17蛋白。IL-17抗体（G-4）既可以非偶联的抗IL-17抗体形式提供，也可以多种偶联形式的抗IL-17抗体形式提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。细胞因子是具有多种细胞类型多效性影响的小型可溶性蛋白质。细胞因子对免疫系统具有调节作用，并介导炎症反应的各个方面。它们通过结合膜受体来发挥其生物学效应，而膜受体进而启动信号转导级联反应并在其靶细胞中引发生理变化。白细胞介素-17（IL-17）及其同源受体IL-17R就是这样的细胞因子受体对的一个例子。IL-17最初被鉴定为称为CTLA8的啮齿动物cDNA，能够诱导IL-6和IL-8的分泌并增强人成纤维细胞培养物中ICAM-1的表达。IL-17蛋白与模拟其功能的HSV13蛋白具有惊人的同源性。IL-17受体是一种I型跨膜蛋白，长度为864个氨基酸，在脾脏和肾脏中高度表达。

Do you have any references for this product being used successfully for IF stunning? If so, do you have an image and what the best positive control would be along with a dilution or other helpful information regarding protocol?

I was looking for antibody for IHC and santcruz 1l 17 H(1-32) sc 7927 I wanted order but that is discontinued and you recommend this il 17 G antibody but i dont see that it can be used for IHC. can you please help me out with it if i can use this antibody

Can you recommend a negative control to use with IL-17 (G-4): sc-374218 monoclonal antibody?

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with IL-17 (G-4): sc-374218?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.
