Thank you for your question. We have not yet tested this antibody, Ikaros (E-2): sc-398265, for reactivity with mouse samples. As a result, the antibody is currently only recommended for human.

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, Ikaros (E-2): sc-398265 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
