Does this antibody recognises a specific epitope region in Hus1 (C or N-term)?

Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal Hus1 antibody, sc-166400, was raised against amino acids 1-281 representing full length Hus1 of mouse origin. The exact epitope has not been papped, so not further information is available.

Can Hus1 (G-3): sc-166440 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, Hus1 (G-3): sc-166440 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
