we observed two bands in our result with membrane protein extracted from Rat kidney： one in the 30K, and another one in the 25K. Can we regard it as pro-HB-EGF and HB-EGF?

I would like to ask if we could obtain a trial size sample of HB-EGF Antibody (H-1): sc-365182 to see if we have success in detecting this protein using IHC-P and WB in our human tissue.
