HAS2抗体（C-5）是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆HAS2抗体（也称为HAS2抗体或透明质酸合成酶2（HAS2）抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人的HAS2。HAS2抗体（C-5）以非偶联抗HAS2抗体形式存在。HAS1、HAS2和HAS3是HA合成酶蛋白，负责合成HA（透明质酸或透明质酸钠）。大多数脊椎动物细胞外基质表达HA，HA是一种高分子量线性多糖，由交替的葡萄糖醛酸和N-乙酰葡萄糖胺残基通过β-1,3和β-1,4糖苷键连接而成。在发育过程中，三个HAS基因显示出不同的表达模式，其蛋白产物在HA基质形成中发挥显著不同的作用。HAS1和HAS2均合成高分子量HA，而HAS3则产生较低分子量的HA。三种HAS异构体的表达在生长细胞中比在静止细胞中更为显著，并受到各种刺激的不同调节，这表明这三种蛋白具有不同的功能作用。HAS2 mRNA在软骨细胞和软骨中显示出主要表达。人类HAS2基因位于8q24.12染色体上。

Can an anti-mouse IgG antibody be used as a secondary antibody to perform immunohistochemical staining with this antibody (HAS2 (C-5)sc-365263)?

Can you recommend a negative control to use with HAS2 (C-5): sc-365263 monoclonal antibody?

Can HAS2 (C-5): sc-365263 this antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, HAS2 (C-5): sc-365263 monoclonal antibody has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
