谷胱甘肽抗体（D8）是一种IgG2a小鼠单克隆谷胱甘肽抗体（也称为谷胱甘肽抗体），可通过蛋白质印迹和免疫沉淀法检测谷胱甘肽蛋白。谷胱甘肽抗体（D8）可作为非偶联的抗谷胱甘肽抗体。谷氨酰胺是体内含量最丰富的氨基酸之一，其重要作用之一是作为谷胱甘肽的前体。谷胱甘肽是几种含硫醇的化合物之一，由于其易被氧化并迅速再生的能力，在许多生化反应中起着重要作用。谷胱甘肽是一种自由基清除剂，使其成为保护性氧化损伤的生物标志物。氧化谷胱甘肽被谷胱甘肽还原酶还原。谷胱甘肽还原酶的主要功能是在细胞内维持高水平的还原型谷胱甘肽，从而降低氧化应激水平。

Can it be used in C.elegans? Is there any paper about it?

I know this sc-52399 antibody is from mouse. What about the specificity? Can I use it for samples from human, mouse and rat? Thank you!
