Rated 2 out of 5 by from Low and partial signalApplication: Immunofluorescence in (4% PFA fixed) paraffin embedded sample of rat colon using heat mediated antigen retrieval with TRIS/EDTA buffer (pH:9, 20min, 92°C) or heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer (10min, 100°C) and a dilution of 1:50. Conclusion: the antibody labels exclusively the myenteric and submucous ganglia. The labelling is pale and, likely, only some ganglia are positive with both antigen retrieval.
