Has this antibody been tested for reactivity with mouse Gal-7?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately this antibody has not been tested in mouse samples, so we do not recommend not warranty it for that use. It is certainly possible that it does detect mouse. We do have several other Galectin-7 antibodies that do react with mouse such as sc-271472 and sc-271473. Can galectin-7 (H-8): sc-166222 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, galectin-7 (H-8): sc-166222 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
