What is the dilution rate of galectin 3 antibody for IHC analysis?

Thank you for your question. You can find this information in the antibody's datasheet: The recommended starting dilution is 1:50, with a dilution range of 1:50-1:500.

Can you recommend a positive control to use with galectin-3 (A3A12): sc-53127 monoclonal antibody for Western blot?

We recommend HeLa (sc-2120), MCF7 (sc-2149), SW480 (sc-2155) or A-431 (sc-2122) nuclear extracts to use as positive controls as we have Western blot data showing specific detection of galectin-3 in these cell lines.
