延胡索酸水化酶抗体（J-13）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆延胡索酸水化酶抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测人源延胡索酸水化酶的前体线粒体和细胞质成熟链。延胡索酸水化酶抗体（J-13）可以作为非偶联的抗延胡索酸水化酶抗体形式。延胡索酸水化酶是一种普遍表达的线粒体酶，在Krebs循环中催化富马酸的可逆水合以产生l-苹果酸。延胡索酸水化酶基因的种系突变导致肾脏缺陷的易感性，如多发性皮肤和子宫平滑肌瘤（MCL）综合征。此外，突变还与肾脏和平滑肌肿瘤相关，但与前列腺癌不相关。此外，与其他代谢疾病一样，延胡索酸水化酶缺乏与癫痫相关，这是由于产前大脑发育不良所致。

仅限研究使用。不适用于诊断和治疗用途。

Thank you for your question. Primary antibodies are manufactured in our in-house laboratory and are provided in a solution of 1x PBS, 0.1% sodium azide, and 0.1% gelatin. These, items do not require an MSDS or COA.

I am studying fumarate hydratase, but not in human samples. Will this antibody work in other species?
