FMR1抗体（148.1）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆FMR1抗体（也称为FMRP翻译调节因子1抗体、脆性X智力低下蛋白1抗体、FRAXA抗体或卵巢早衰1抗体），可通过蛋白质印迹、免疫沉淀和酶联免疫吸附测定法检测小鼠以及人类来源的FMR1蛋白。FMR1抗体（148.1）为非偶联型抗FMR1抗体。脆性X综合征是遗传性智力迟钝的最常见形式，是由X染色体上FMR1基因的转录沉默引起的。FMR1基因包含一个独特的CpG二核苷酸重复序列，位于基因的5'非翻译区。在脆性X综合征中，这种串联重复序列被大量扩增，并受到广泛的甲基化和增强的转录沉默。FMR1蛋白（或FMRP）是一种与多核糖体相关的RNA结合蛋白，很可能是信使核糖核蛋白（mRNP）颗粒的组成成分。它包含RNA结合蛋白的几个特征，包括两个hnRNPK同源（KH）结构域和一个RGG氨基酸基序（RGG盒）。FMR1定位于细胞核和细胞质，也可与两种脆性X综合征相关因子FXR1和FXR2相互作用，这两种因子通过其N端卷曲螺旋结构域形成异二聚体。由于FMR1同时包含核定位信号和核输出信号，因此它也涉及mRNAs的核质转运。

For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with FMR1 (148.1): sc-101048 antibody?
