Hi, do you know if this antibody cross-reacrs with other FGFR family members?

Thank you for your question. FGFR-4 Antibody (A-10) is recommended for detection of FGFR-4 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA. We do not have any data indicating cross-reactivity with other proteins of this family. The antibody was raised against amino acids 25-145 of FGFR-4 of human origin and detects proteins possessing this sequence.

What's the observed molecular weight for this antibody?

This antibody has a wide range. Current understandings show a range from 88 kDa - 125 kDa and may be observed above 125 kDa

Can you recommend a positive control to use with FGFR-4 Antibody (A-10): sc-136988 for Western blot?

We recommend HeLa: sc-2200, NIH/3T3: sc-2210 or AMJ2-C8: sc-364366 whole cell lysates to use as positive controls as we have Western blot data showing specific detection of FGFR-4 in these cell lines.
