For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with FGF-2 (A-7): sc-74413 monoclonal antibody?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not recognize rat FGF-2I tried this antibody out to detect rat FGF-2. I tested it by running it in a Western blot against recombinant rat FGF-2. This antibody did not detect the protein while other ones did. It did not detect either reduced or non reduced recombinant rat FGF-2.
