因子H抗体(H-7)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆因子H抗体,可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的因子H。因子H抗体(H-7)既可作为非偶联的抗因子H抗体形式,也可作为多种偶联形式的抗因子H抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。因子H基因家族是一个多域、多功能蛋白质家族,其各个成员由保守的结构元素定义,显示出多样但经常重叠的功能。这些蛋白质共享一个共同的结构基序,即短共识重复序列(SCR),其在相关基因和系统发育不同的物种之间在结构上都是保守的。人类补体因子H(FH、CFH、HUS、b-1H)基因编码一个由1213个氨基酸组成的血清糖蛋白,该糖蛋白被排列成20个SCRs,每个SCR大约由60个氨基酸组成,以及一个由18个残基组成的先导序列。因子H控制替代补体途径的功能,并作为与因子I(C3b失活剂)的辅助因子。此外,因子H在补体系统外具有功能活性,在那里它可以与细胞整合素受体(CD11b/CD18)结合,与细胞表面糖胺聚糖相互作用,并与某些致病微生物的表面结合。因子H缺乏是急性肾病的常见特征。
