Hello I'd like to do an ELISA with an EEA1-peptide (Ala151~Val395). I am not sure if your antibody EEA1 (G-4): sc-137130 will bind the peptide. Do you have more info on the epitope? Would it be possible to get a small sample of your antibody for a test?

Thank you for your question. EEA1 Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal raised against amino acids 1-300 of EEA1 of human origin. The exact epitope recognized by this antibody has not yet been determined. Please contact our Technical Service Department for more information on how to receive a free 10 ug sample of this monoclonal antibody.

What is the difference between this EEA1 (G-4) clone and the discontinued polyclonal sc-33585: EA1 Antibody (H-300)?

EEA1 (G-4): sc-137130 is a mouse monoclonal raised against the same recombinant protein immunogen used to make polyclonal antibody sc-33585, amino acids 1-300 of EEA1 of human origin. The mouse monoclonal antibody is more specific and consistent, with published data in WB and IHC(P), and featured in several recent publications.
