EDEM抗体(D-1)是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆EDEM抗体(也被指定为内质网降解增强α-甘露糖苷酶样蛋白1抗体、EDEM抗体、ER降解增强α-甘露糖苷酶样蛋白1抗体、内质网降解增强子甘露糖苷酶α样1抗体或ER降解增强α-甘露糖苷酶样1抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA方法检测来自小鼠、大鼠和人类的EDEM蛋白。EDEM抗体(D-1)既有非偶联的抗EDEM抗体形式,也有多种偶联形式的抗EDEM抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。在内质网(ER)中表达的蛋白质受到严格的质量控制。内质网(ER)中终端错误折叠的蛋白质会通过逆向转运到细胞质中,并通过一种称为ER相关降解(ERAD)的机制被蛋白酶体降解。EDEM(ER降解增强α-甘露糖苷酶样)蛋白是一种定位于ER的II型膜蛋白,直接参与ERAD。EDEM以N-聚糖依赖性的方式靶向错误折叠的糖蛋白进行降解,并从钙连接蛋白循环中提取错误折叠的糖蛋白。人类EDEM基因定位于3号染色体短臂。
