DOCK 2抗体(E-7)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆DOCK 2抗体(也称为DOCK 2抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的DOCK 2蛋白。DOCK 2抗体(E-7)既有非偶联抗DOCK 2抗体形式,也有多种偶联形式的抗DOCK 2抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。DOCK2基因编码细胞分裂素2(DOCK 2)的定向因子,这是一种造血细胞特异的CDM家族蛋白,对淋巴细胞趋化作用必不可少。DOCK 2参与响应趋化因子所需的淋巴细胞迁移的细胞骨架重排。这种外周膜蛋白激活Rac 1和Rac 2小GTP酶,同时可能作为鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换因子(GEF)起作用,将结合的GDP交换为游离的GTP。DOCK 2还可能通过激活Rac 2参与IL-2的转录激活。DOCK 2包含一个DHR-1(CZH-1)结构域、一个DHR-2(CZH-2)结构域和一个SH3结构域。DHR-2结构域是一个假定的GEF活性介体。DOCK 2蛋白还与F-肌动蛋白共定位,并在多种人体组织中表达,其中在外周血白细胞、胸腺、脾脏和肝脏中表达水平最高。
