DNA-PKCS抗体（G-12）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆DNA-PKCS抗体，它通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的DNA-PKcs。DNA-PKCS抗体（G-12）既可作为非偶联抗DNA-PKCS抗体形式，也可作为多种偶联形式的抗DNA-PKCS抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。磷脂酰肌醇激酶（PIK）家族成员分为两个不同的亚组。第一亚组包含PI 3-和PI 4-激酶等蛋白质，第二组包含PIK相关激酶。PIK相关激酶包括Atm、DNA-PKCS和FRAP。这些蛋白质在羧基末端具有同源区，而PI 3-和PI 4-激酶中没有。Atm基因在常染色体隐性遗传性疾病共济失调毛细血管扩张症（AT）中发生突变，其特征是小脑退化（共济失调）和结膜血管扩张（毛细血管扩张症）。AT细胞对电离辐射高度敏感，在介导DNA合成抑制方面受损，并且在p53诱导方面表现出延迟。DNA-PK是一种由大亚基DNA-PKCS和两个小亚基组成的异三聚体DNA结合酶，统称为Ku。DNA-PK的缺失导致DSB修复和V(D)J重组缺陷。FRAP可以在丝氨酸上自磷酸化并与雷帕霉素/FKBP结合。FRAP也是S6激酶的上游调节因子，与p27和p21表达的调节有关。

The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, our DNA-PKCS sc-390849 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as AC, HRP, PE, FITC, AlexaFluor 488 and AlexaFluor 647.

We performed a western blot analysis of HeLa cells whole cell lysate using a 1 to 1000 dilution. We used four different samples of untreated HeLa cells and got different levels of signals using the same concentration of protein. Although the antibody works, it was not consistent.
