DAT抗体(6-5G10)是一种鼠单克隆IgG抗体,可通过蛋白质印迹(WB)、免疫沉淀(IP)、免疫荧光(IF)和免疫组织化学检测小鼠、大鼠和人类样本中的DAT(多巴胺转运蛋白)。抗DAT抗体(6-5G10)有非结合型和结合型两种形式,可与琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)、藻红蛋白(PE)、异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)和多种Alexa Fluor®染料结合。多巴胺转运蛋白(DAT)是溶质载体家族6的成员,通过促进多巴胺从细胞外空间重新摄取到突触前神经元中,从而调节突触间隙中的多巴胺水平。这一功能维持多巴胺能信号,对情绪调节、奖励和运动控制至关重要。DAT功能障碍与多种神经精神疾病有关,包括抑郁症、精神分裂症和注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD),这凸显了DAT在健康和疾病中的重要性。此外,DAT能够运输神经毒素,这会导致多巴胺能神经元在帕金森病等疾病中变得脆弱。研究DAT的动态和蛋白质相互作用可能会为这些疾病提供新的治疗方法。

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quite good in IFI used it in IF on hiPSC-derived dopaminergic neurons, at day 45 of in vitro differentiation. Fixation with 4% PFA for 15'; permeabilization with 0,3% triton for 15'; blocking with 3% BSA, 2% donkey serum, 0,1% tween for 1h and 1/2. I used a 1:100 dilution: the signal was good in cells that were highly expressing DAT, whereas in cells with lower DAT expression the signal was low and with some background.
