CRY1抗体(H-12)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆CRY1抗体(也称为隐花色素昼夜节律调节因子1抗体、隐花色素1(类似光裂合酶)抗体、隐花色素昼夜节律钟1抗体、PHLL1抗体或DSPD抗体),它通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的CRY1蛋白。CRY1抗体(H-12)既可作为非共轭抗CRY1抗体形式提供,也可作为多种共轭形式的抗CRY1抗体提供,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。昼夜节律钟是调节激素节律、睡眠周期和进食行为的生物计时器。这些节律是在视交叉上核(SCN)中产生的,SCN是一个位于大脑内的细胞自主昼夜节律振荡器,它通过光线与环境同步。包括Clock和BMAL1在内的许多转录因子是SCN的分子组成部分,它们诱导参与光/暗周期夹带的蛋白质的表达,其中包括Per1和Per2。Tim(代表timeless)产生一个负反馈回路,通过抑制Clock目标基因的表达来调节Clock的活性。Tim与Per1和Per2形成异二聚体,这些异二聚体与Clock结合并阻止Clock-BMAL1二聚体的激活,以抑制Per基因的表达。此外,作为昼夜节律钟的隐花色素光感受器的CRY蛋白,发挥光独立抑制剂的作用以抑制昼夜节律钟。CRY1和CRY2通过与激活剂Clock-BMAL1以及各种反馈抑制剂Per1、Per2和Tim结合,负调控SCN的组成部分。

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of equine origin. Do you know if sc-393466: CRY1 (H-12) mouse monoclonal antibody will work?
