a549cell에서 cox-2(sc-166475)항체를 붙여서 westernblot 실험을 했는데 분자량이 70kda 보다 밑인 40대kda에서 검출되면 잘못된건가요? 아니면 잘된건가요?

Thank you for your question. The molecular weight of Cox-2 is 70 - 72 kDa, and the 40 kDa band might be non-specific.
