    cleaved Thrombin APII抗体(G-1)是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆cleaved Thrombin APII抗体(也称为凝血酶原片段氨基酸201-324抗体、凝血酶激活肽片段2抗体或凝血酶激活肽II抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的cleaved Thrombin APII蛋白。cleaved Thrombin APII抗体(G-1)既可作为非偶联的抗cleaved Thrombin APII抗体形式提供,也可作为多种偶联形式的抗cleaved Thrombin APII抗体提供,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。组织损伤后的止血涉及必需的血浆凝血酶原(凝血酶原和因子X、IX、V和VIII)的部署,这些凝血酶原参与血液凝固级联反应,导致不溶性纤维蛋白凝块的形成和促进血小板聚集。凝血因子2,也称为凝血酶原或因子2,在凝血级联反应的第一步中被蛋白水解切割形成凝血酶。凝血酶是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶,可影响细胞有丝分裂、肿瘤生长、转移,并能启动血小板聚集和分泌。凝血酶还在发育和出生后生活中影响血管完整性。在伤口愈合过程中,凝血酶可能通过刺激成纤维细胞原胶原的产生来协调结缔组织蛋白。
