C1s抗体（D-6）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆C1s抗体（也称为C1s抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测人源C1s蛋白。C1s抗体（D-6）既有非偶联抗C1s抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗C1s抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。补体成分蛋白C1、C3、C4和C5是在补体激活过程中释放的强效过敏毒素。这些蛋白与各自的G蛋白偶联受体结合，会诱导促炎反应，如细胞脱粒、平滑肌收缩、花生四烯酸代谢、细胞因子释放、白细胞激活和细胞趋化作用。C1q与前酶C1r和C1s一起产生C1，这是血清补体系统经典途径的第一个组分。C1由钙依赖的三分子复合物C1r、C1s和C1q以2:2:1的比例组成。激活的C1s是由重链和轻链组成的二硫键连接的异二聚体。编码C1s的基因缺陷可引起选择性C1s缺乏症，这是一种以各种自身免疫性疾病早期发作为特征的疾病。

Hello, I would like to know if you recommend C1S ANTIBODY (D-6) for detection of mouse C1s protein? Do you have any data on detection of mouse C1s protein in serum? Best, Arvan

Thank you for your question. C1s (D-6)antibody has not been validated to work on mouse samples. There is a 94 % homology so there is a possibility it will work well on mouse.

Hello, I'm testing mouse serums for c1s. I wonder if your D6 monoclonal (sc-365273) reacts to mouse c1s as well and whether you sell biotinylated version as well?
