C1r抗体（F-7）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆C1r抗体（也称为C1r抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的C1r蛋白。C1r抗体（F-7）既可以是非偶联的抗C1r抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗C1r抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。补体组分蛋白C1、C3、C4和C5是补体激活过程中释放的强效过敏毒素。这些蛋白与其各自的G蛋白偶联受体结合可诱导促炎反应，如细胞脱颗粒、平滑肌收缩、花生四烯酸代谢、细胞因子释放、白细胞活化和细胞趋化作用。C1q与前酶C1r和C1s一起产生C1，C1是血清补体系统经典途径的第一个组分。C1由C1r、C1s和C1q以2:2:1的比例组成的钙依赖性三分子复合物构成。C1r是一个二聚体，由两条相同的链组成，这两条链通过裂解成A链和B链而被激活。
