Hello. Is the antibody suitable for flow cytometry (FACS)? Which conjugate would you recommend? Is it possible to get a free 10 µg sample? Best regards

The conjugated primary antibody is recommended and warrantied for flow cytometry (FCM), however we are still gathering data to show on our website. Check back for updates! We do not currently offer sample sizes of our conjugated antibodies. Please contact our Technical Service Department for more information on how to receive a free 10 ug sample of this unconjugated monoclonal antibody.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Detection of whole C1 enrichmentI bought the the anti-C1q antibody conjugated to A647 to try and detect whole C1 enriched on the surface of the borrelia spirochete. I was not able to successfully detect the protein with this antibody. I've had success with other S.C. bio antibodies against other targets so I was a little dissapointed. I am wondering if there's something I am doing wrong.
