Could I use this to detect endogenous c-Myc in mouse cells by flow cytometry? If not, which antibody do you recommend?

Yes you can. We offer this antibody conjugated to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC(P) and Flow Cytometry.

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-41 X be used instead of the standard form sc-41?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good antibodyI used this antibody to detect transfected mouse c-Myc in MEF cell line, and it works well at 1:1000 dilution for western blot and 1:100 for imunofluorescence. I think that for immunofluorescence greater dilutions might also work well.
