BRD3抗体（2088C3a）是一种IgG1小鼠单克隆BRD3抗体（也称为ORFX抗体或RING3L抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和FCM检测小鼠、大鼠和人的BRD3蛋白。BRD3抗体（2088C3a）可作为非偶联抗BRD3抗体提供。含溴结构域的蛋白包括BRD2、BRD3、BRD4和BRDT。BRD2（RING3蛋白）是一种丝裂原激活的核蛋白，其基因位于人类MHC II区，提示其与HLA相关疾病有关。编码BRD3（RING3样蛋白）的基因含有两个溴结构域，定位于9号染色体q34区。BRD4（HUNK1蛋白）是一种核蛋白，参与调节有丝分裂过程中的染色体动力学。睾丸特异性溴结构域蛋白BRDT含有一个PEST序列，表明它在细胞内迅速降解。含溴结构域的蛋白在生物体内普遍表达。

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent antibody for Western blotThis antibody gives excellent results for Western blot detection of endogenous levels of BRD3 (observed molecular weight: 100 kDa) in both human (U87, HepG2) and mouse (N1E-115, C2C12) cell lines. Signal is clear and strong, without non-specific bands. Antibody dilution 1:1.000 in TBST+ 5% no-fat dry milk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked great in MDA-MB-231 western blotSamples were chemically lysed and ran (30 ug total lysate per lane) denatured on a 10-well 8% gel followed by transfer to nitrocellulose membrane. Membrane was blocked with milked for 1 hour at room temp, followed by 1/1000 antibody dilution overnight at 4 degrees. Imaging using west femto after secondary antibody produced strong, crisp band. Will buy again
