    Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, Bcr (B-12): sc-28375 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.

There was medium detection of the ~160 kDa target protein in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix), and weak detection of the target in an A431/HepG2/MCF7 cell lysate mix. No major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested or in the A431/HepG2/MCF7 cell lysate mix.
