B7-H3抗体(F-11)是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆B7-H3抗体(也称为B7-H3抗体),它通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的B7-H3蛋白。B7-H3抗体(F-11)既可作为非偶联抗B7-H3抗体形式提供,也可作为多种偶联形式的抗B7-H3抗体提供,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。T细胞的活化和免疫功能受到先天免疫系统通过正负共刺激分子的调节。其中一种分子B7-H3(B7同源物3,也称为B7RP-2)属于B7免疫球蛋白超家族。可溶性B7-H3与活化T细胞上的一个假定受体结合,该受体与CD28、CTLA-4、ICOS和PD-1不同。B7-H3在非淋巴组织上广泛表达,共同刺激CD4+和CD8+ T细胞的增殖。B7-H3刺激Th1和细胞毒性T细胞反应的能力表明,它可能具有抗肿瘤活性。B7-H3的相互作用可能在调节细胞介导的抗肿瘤免疫反应中发挥作用,这表明B7-H3可能是一种潜在的治疗工具。

In one of your figures, you show that this antibody works for B7H3 expression on Jurkats, so I'd like to use them as a control for my own blot. What were the conditions that these Jurkat cells were grown in/stimulated to be able to express B7H3?

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of bovine origin. Do you know if this mouse monoclonal antibody will work?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works fine in WB and IPWorked in WB with 50 µg of CRC cell lines (RIPA cell lysates) (1:500-1:1000 in 5%Milk/TBST). Showing some background but protein band is clear. Worked also in IP (2.5 µg protein and 1 mg HCT116 cell lysate).
