I have recently ordered sc-32761 conjugated to Alexa Fluor 594. What is the correct isotope matched control to use? Preferably also conjugated to AF594. if you could provide a catalog number, I can order asap. Thank you.

Thank you for your question. Anti-ARID1A Antibody (PSG3): sc-32761 is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody, so the corresponding isotype control for the AF594 conjugate would be normal mouse IgG1 Alexa Fluor® 594: sc-516620 .

If I am using the ARID1A Antibody (PSG3): sc-32761 for IHC with formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, do I need to perform antigen retrieval?

While it is not absolutely necessary to perform antigen retrieval, we do recommend this step when working with formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
