Does this antibody can be used for the tissue  or cells in bovine? I need an AQP1 antibody can be reactive  in bovine aortic endothelia cells

Thank you for your question. Yes, the epitope for this antibody has a 100% sequence identity with bovine (accession#P47865), so it will pick up bovine samples that express AQP1. I am using AQP1 (A-11): sc-55466 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
