AMPKβ1抗体（Z14）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG2a kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的AMPKβ1。抗AMPKβ1抗体（Z14）以非结合形式提供。AMPK（5'-AMP激活蛋白激酶）复合物由催化α亚基和调节β、γ亚基组成，在细胞能量稳态中起着至关重要的作用。AMPKβ1主要位于细胞质中，对于感知细胞能量水平至关重要，而细胞能量水平对于维持代谢平衡至关重要。当细胞能量不足时，AMP增加和ATP减少会激活AMPKβ1，导致关键代谢酶的磷酸化，从而抑制能量消耗过程并促进能量产生途径。这种调节机制在代谢压力条件下尤为重要，例如在运动或营养缺乏期间，因为AMPKβ1有助于恢复能量平衡并促进细胞存活。人类AMPKβ1基因编码一种271个氨基酸的蛋白质，它与α和γ亚基相互作用，形成功能性AMPK复合物，从而影响各种代谢途径和细胞反应。
