α-actinin-4抗体（G-4）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆α-actinin-4抗体（也称为ACTN4抗体、α-actinin-4抗体或非肌肉α-actinin 4抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的α-actinin-4蛋白。α-actinin-4抗体（G-4）既可作为非偶联的抗α-actinin-4抗体形式，也可作为多种偶联形式的抗α-actinin-4抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。血影蛋白基因家族编码多种细胞骨架蛋白，包括血影蛋白、肌营养不良蛋白和α-actinin。有四种组织特异性α-actinin，即α-actinin-1、α-actinin-2、α-actinin-3和α-actinin-4，它们定位于肌肉和非肌肉细胞，包括骨骼肌、心肌和平滑肌细胞，以及细胞骨架内。每种α-actinin蛋白含有一个Actin结合结构域、两个Calponin同源结构域、两个EF手结构域和四个血影蛋白重复序列，通过它们作为捆绑蛋白发挥作用，可以交联F-Actin，从而将Actin锚定到各种细胞内结构。编码α-actinin-4的基因缺陷是局灶节段性肾小球硬化1（FSGS1）的原因，FSGS1是一种常见的肾脏病变，其特征是肾功能下降，最终导致肾功能衰竭。

Thank you for your question. Yes, α-actinin-4 (G-4): sc-390205 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean signal in IF, good detection on WBThis antibody worked in IF and WB both for different human melanoma cell lines (MDA-MB-435S and RPMI-7951). It showed differential expression among the cell lines and the expression was in line with the mass spectrometry results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great for Westerns and IF with PFA fixationThis antibody worked perfectly in WB at 1:1000 dilution and produced a nice clean band right at 100 kDa, showing expected differences in the expression between parental cells and the clones that we made, confirming our mass spectrometry data. It also worked great for IF staining in cultured melanoma and breast cancer cell lines after PFA fixation. The fluorescence is strong and clear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works greatWorks great for Westerns. Strong bands when used at 1:500 with 10 ug whole cell extract, extremely low background, and no non-specific binding. Band showed up right at 100 kDa. Produced a nice clean band with and without adding BME to Laemmli buffer.
