I will use Ah Receptor (L-15) : sc-101104 for WB in Human fibroblast cells, what dilution of this antibody should I use and what is the best, BSA or milk for blocking ? What kind of membrane should be the best to reveal the Ah Receptor ?

Thank you for your question. The recommended starting dilution for this antibody is 1:200, with a dilution range of 1:100-1:1000. We recommend using UltraCruz® Blocking Reagent: sc-516214 for blocking, which is also the reagent that is used to establish our antibodies before they are released. It is also possible to block with 5 % BSA TBST (if binding is promiscuous) or 5 % non-fatty milk TBST (if binding is rather weak). For further information, please contact our technical service.

I am using Ah Receptor (L-15): sc-101104 for immunofluorescence, what dilution of this antibody should I use?
