AChRα抗体(D6)是一种小鼠单克隆IgG2b kappa轻链抗体,可通过蛋白质印迹(WB)、免疫沉淀(IP)、免疫荧光(IF)和流式细胞术(FCM)检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的AChRα蛋白。AChRα抗体(D6)有非结合型和多种结合型,包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)、藻红蛋白(PE)、异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)和多种Alexa Fluor®结合物。AChRα蛋白在烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体功能中起着至关重要的作用,在神经肌肉接头处介导突触传递。烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体由五个亚基组成,形成跨膜通道,使离子流动响应乙酰胆碱的结合。AChRα功能对于肌肉收缩和神经肌肉交流至关重要,是外周和中枢神经系统信号传导的关键组成部分。AChRα失调或功能障碍可导致各种神经肌肉疾病,这凸显了基础和临床研究的重要性。
