SSEA-1, SSEA-3 와SSEA-4를 위한 SSEA 항체

SSEA-1 항체(480)는 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 FCM에 의해 마우스, 랫 및 인간 기원의 SSEA-1 단백질을 검출하는 IgM κ 마우스 단일 클론 SSEA-1 항체(또한 줄기 세포 마커 SSEA1 항체, 글리코스핑고지질 에피토프 특이 항체, 만능 표면 마커 SSEA1 항체, 시알릴 루이스 X(sLeX) 항체, 분화 15s(CD15s) 항체 또는 사당류 탄수화물 에피토프 특이 항체)이다. SSEA-1 항체(480)는 비-쥐-SSEA-1 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 항-SSEA-1 항체의 다중 접합 형태로 사용할 수 있다. 배아 줄기 세포는 3개의 배아 배아 층 모두의 유도체로 분화될 가능성을 유지하면서, 시험관 내에서 미분화 상태를 유지하고 무한정 증식할 수 있는 능력을 가지고 있다. 미분화 인간 배아 암종(EC) 세포는 테라토카신종의 줄기 세포이며, Stage Specific 배아 항원 SSEA-1 및 SSEA-3, TRA-2-39, TRA-2-54 및 고분자량 당단백질 TRA-1-60 및 TRA-1-81의 발현을 특징으로 한다. 또한, SSEA-1, SSEA-3 및 SSEA-4는 배아 줄기(ES) 및 배아(EG) 세포를 특징으로 하는 마커이다. 구체적으로, 인간 ES 세포주 H7로부터의 미분화 세포는 SSEA-3, SSEA-4, TRA-1-60 및 TRA-1-81을 발현하지만, SSEA-1은 발현하지 않는다. 인터페론은 성장을 억제하거나 분화를 유도하지 않고 EC 세포에서 SSEA-3 및 SSEA-4의 발현을 유도한다.

What exactly does it mean that this antibody is "monoclonal mouse IgM κ (kappa light chain)" antibody? Is there no heavy chain present in this antibody molecule? Can standard anti-mouse IgM secondary antibodies recognize this IgM κ antibody?

Thank you for your question. SSEA-1 (480): sc-21702 is a complete monomeric IgM antibody with heavy and light chains. It can be detected either by regular anti-mouse IgM antibody or by using one of our recommended κ light chain-specific secondary binding proteins, such as m-IgGκ BP-HRP sc-516102, or one of our CruzFluor conjugated κ binding proteins. What secondary antibody may I use for WB? The antibody sc-21702 is a IgM Light chain.

What secondary reagent should I use if I want to perform IF studies in mice tissue samples?

In this case, we recommend using one of our directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibodies. Currently, SSEA-1 Antibody (480): sc-21702 is available directly conjugated to HRP (sc-21702 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-21702 PE), fluorescein (sc-21702 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-21702 AF488), Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-21702 AF647), PerCP (sc-21702 PerCP) or Alexa Fluor® 405 (sc-21702 AF405). Rated 5 out of 5 by from Parfait !Antibody tested on paraffin section (mouse embryonic gonad 12.5 days post coitum). This antibody perfectly detects germ cells. The membrane signal is perfect and there is no background noise. Conditions:   - Demasking with Pt Link from Dako (pH6 or pH9)   - Dilution 1/500 and 1/200 works well   - Secondary antibody used: Alexa anti-mouse 647
