OctA-Probe 항체(H-5)는 OctA 및 FLAG 태그가 부착된 단백질 유래의 OctA-Probe 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일 클론 OctA-Probe 항체(FLAG 태그 항체, DYKDDDDK 항체라고도 지정됨)입니다. Does the OctA-Probe Antibody (H-5): sc-166355 recognizes the 3x Flag: DYKDHDG-DYKDHDI-DYKDDDDK as it does for Flag: DYKDDDDK ? I could not find the actual amino acid sequence of the Octa (eight) peptide in Santa Cruz site. Thanks!

Has anyone used it for detection of FLAG-tagged proteins by flow cytometry? I can't find any sample data. I know it works ok for WB, but I would like to see that someone had it working for flow before I buy a PE conjugate...

We are not yet aware of any product citations using this antibody for flow cytometry. The conjugated primary antibody is recommended and warrantied for flow cytometry (FCM), however we are still gathering data to show on our website. Check back for updates!

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of (other species, e.g., bovine, porcine, canine, equine, avian, non-mammalian) origin. Do you know if this mouse monoclonal antibody will work?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strong signal at 1:5,000Even at 1:5,000, the signal was too strong. It is necessary to say that I used overexpressed SOD1-flag system on HEK293T cells, loading less than 1µg of total protein. But it works well. It also works well for immunoprecipitation, I got pretty consistent readouts.
