    와 Monocyte Markers를 위한 Macrophage항체

    혈액은 적혈구, 백혈구, 혈소판을 포함하는 고체 성분과 단백질과 염분의 완충 용액인 혈장으로 알려진 액체 성분으로 구성되어 있습니다. 선천성 및 후천성 면역 반응은 침입 세포를 파괴하고 이물질을 제거하는 핵을 가진 백혈구인 백혈구의 기능에 의존합니다. 다형 핵 백혈구라고도 하는 백혈구에는 과립구, 단핵구 및 비만 세포 전구체가 포함됩니다. 대식세포는 순환하는 단핵구에서 유래한 조직 국소화 분화 세포입니다. 순환하는 호중구와 함께 대식세포는 항체로 코팅된 병원균을 포식하는 식세포로, 이후 세포 내 소포에서 분해됩니다. 조직 국소화 대식세포는 사전 노출 없이도 다양한 박테리아 병원균을 표적으로 삼을 수 있습니다.

    Could you please help me out in deciding that i can use this antibody to detect macrophage marker 25F9 on bovine macrophages, as this is a monoclonal antibody from human origin. Thus, if you could please let me know its cross reactivity.

    Thank you for your question. Macrophage Marker Antibody (25F9): sc-52698 is only recommended for detection of mature macrophages of human and porcine origin by WB, IF, IHC(P) and FCM. We do not have any data indicating cross-reactivity with bovine samples.

    Does this ab distinguish between suspension U937 cells and U937s differentiated into macrophages?

    Thank you for your question. We are not aware of any publications citing use of our Macrophage Marker Antibody (25F9): sc-52698 in U-937 cells for this purpose so we can not answer this question. The 25F9 clone recognizes a protein of 86 kDa on the cell surface and within the cytoplasm of mature macrophages. The antibody is associated with fully differentiated tissue macrophages both in normal and in diseased tissues, independently of the presence or absence of inflammation. The antigen is absent on freshly isolated monocytes and other blood cells.

    How can Macrophage Marker (25F9): sc-52698 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

    In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-52698 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-52698 FITC).
