His-Tag 항체(H-3)는 폴리히스티딘 발현 벡터에 의해 코딩된 융합 단백질을 WB 및 IP로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일 클론 His-Tag 항체(6X His-Tag 항체 또는 His-Probe 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. His-Tag 항체(H-3)는 비접합 항-His-Tag 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-His-Tag 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 박테리아, 곤충 및 포유류 숙주에서 진핵생물 유전자의 코딩 영역을 발현하기 위한 플라스미드 벡터가 일반적으로 사용되며, 이러한 발현 벡터는 진핵생물 표적 단백질과 표적 단백질의 정제 및 시각화를 돕기 위해 설계된 특수 영역으로 구성된 하이브리드 융합 단백질을 인코딩하는 데 자주 사용됩니다. 매우 성공적인 것으로 입증된 시스템은 인코딩된 단백질의 N-말단에 6개의 히스티딘(His6) 서열을 삽입하여 Ni2+ 킬레이트 수지와 효율적으로 결합하고 단일 단계 친 화성 크로마토그래피로 정제할 수 있도록 하는 방식에 의존합니다. 이 폴리히스티딘 서열은 트롬빈 또는 엔테로키나아제와 같은 효소에 의해 인식되는 부위에서 특정 절단에 의해 제거되어 폴리히스티딘 태그에서 표적 단백질을 분리할 수 있습니다. 이러한 융합 단백질의 시각화는 다중 복제 부위의 다운스트림에서 특정 펩타이드 서열에 대해 생성된 항체를 활용하여 달성할 수 있습니다.

Does this antibody work against RGS.6His tag?

Thank you for your question. Anti-His-Tag Antibody (H-3): sc-8036 can be used to detect any recombinant protein containing a conventional His tag and would be suitable for this application as well.

What buffer should i use to dilute the antibody? can the antibody be stored in that buffer?

Thank you for your question. This depends on the application you are using the antibody for, so it is difficult to answer. For Western blotting we recommend 5% milk with TBS-T, and for IHC we would recommend using a blocking serum or reagent.
