Dnmt3b 항체(G-9)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 Dnmt3b 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 Dnmt3b 항체(DNMT3b 항체 또는 DNA 메틸전달효소 3B 항체라고도 함)입니다. Dnmt3b 항체(G-9)는 비접합 항-Dnmt3b 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-Dnmt3b 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 사이토신의 5'- 위치에서의 메틸화는 포유류 게놈에서 자연적으로 발생하는 유일한 공유 결합 변형으로 알려져 있습니다. Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered Dnmt3b Antibody (G-9) sc-376043 (Lot # F0920) for western hybridisation in mouse ESC. I could not see any band, no matter 1:200 or 1:1000 dilution. Could you please replace or send me vials of sc-81252 and sc-393845 free sample?

Can Dnmt3b (G-9): sc-376043 be frozen?

No. The antibody solution contains gelatin. When the gelatin is frozen the antibody precipitates out of solution. However, if an antibody’s datasheet says that the antibody should be stored frozen, then the antibody can be frozen, as these antibodies do not contain gelatin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HRP version of this antibody doesn't workI previously used the original G-9 version of this antibody and we recently purchased the version bound to HRP to have faster results. To our surprise, the signal is really bad and can be barely seen in our membranes, even with long exposure times. I tried contacting the company via e-mail about the issue to have a replacement without success.
