Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not recognize mouse XRCC4 wellWe used to use the XRCC4 (C-20) antibody, which has been discontinued, for mouse XRCC4 detection in western blot and it has been working great. This monoclonal antibody (A-7) recognizes mouse XRCC4 poorly, compared to C-20 and there appears to be a strong non-specific band right above 55 KDa, which is not detected by the goat antibody C-20.
