    Wnt-11抗体(C-8)是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆Wnt-11抗体(也称为WNT11抗体),可通过蛋白质印迹(WB)、免疫沉淀(IP)、免疫荧光(IF)和酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Wnt-11蛋白。Wnt-11抗体(C-8)为非偶联形式的抗Wnt-11抗体。Wnt基因属于原癌基因家族,至少包含13个已知成员,在从果蝇到人类的物种中均有表达。Wnt的名称表示该家族与果蝇体节极性基因"wingless"及其脊椎动物同源基因Int-1(一种小鼠原癌基因)的关系。Wnt家族基因的转录似乎在发育过程中以精确的时间和空间方式进行调控。Wnt基因编码富含半胱氨酸的假定糖蛋白,具有分泌生长因子的典型特征。Wnt-11在输尿管芽尖端和周围软骨膜(一种围绕未来骨骼并指导其生长和再生的干细胞样层)中表达。在原肠胚形成过程中,Wnt-11活性是细胞进行正确的会聚延伸运动所必需的。人类Wnt-11也在肺间充质、尿生殖隔、泌尿生殖皱襞、唇阴囊肿胀和肾上腺皮质中表达。与其他Wnt家族成员不同,Wnt-11不在中枢神经系统的神经上皮中表达。Wnt-11与Wnt-8c一起在鸡胚后部的尾侧轴旁中胚层中表达,该中胚层位于预期的尾侧神经板下方。编码Wnt-11的基因位于人类染色体11q13.5上。

    Can I use this antibody to do immunohistochemistry? Where can I see the relevant published articles?

    Thank you for your question. Wnt-11 Antibody (C-8): sc-365032 is recommended for detection of precursor and mature Wnt-11 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA. It is not recommended for IHC applications. As of yet, we have not received publications in which this antibody has been used. Once we do, they will be referenced right here on the product page.

    What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with Wnt-11 (C-8): sc-365032 monoclonal antibody?
