Wnt-1抗体（E-10）是一种IgM κ型小鼠单克隆Wnt-1抗体（也称为WNT1抗体或INT1抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Wnt-1蛋白。Wnt-1抗体（E-10）为非偶联抗Wnt-1抗体。高度保守的Wnt基因家族产物在调节细胞生长和分化中起关键作用。Wnt基因家族的原型成员Wnt-1是一种富含半胱氨酸的分泌型糖蛋白，它与细胞膜结合，很可能作为细胞粘附的关键调节因子。β-连环蛋白是一种与钙粘蛋白结合的细胞粘附蛋白，也能与肿瘤抑制基因APC结合，已被确定为由Wnt-1介导的信号转导通路的下游靶标。Wnt-1对胚胎神经系统的正常发育至关重要，其表达通常仅限于胚胎神经管和成年精子细胞。当在乳腺组织中表达不当时，Wnt-1会导致增生和肿瘤进展。已显示Wnt家族成员在体内与Sonic hedgehog（Shh）相互作用以诱导体节组织中的肌形成。

Thank you for your question. PMID 29581743 cites IHC use of this antibody. Anti-Wnt-1 Antibody (E-10): sc-514531 is recommended for detection of Wnt-1 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA.

What kind treatment for antigen retrieval do you recommend for IHC?
