Does Mab F8/86 react with pig?

Thank you for your question. We have not validated the antibody to work with pig . There is a 74% homology in pig and we only recommend if the homology is 95% or higher.

Hi, Please can you tell me if you have a VWF antibody suitable for a construct of a region in the A2 domain (aa 1596-1668) for use in western blot? BW, Zoe

What is the recommended antigen retrieval method when working with paraffin-embedded sections in IHC?
