What's the recommended method of antigen retrieval for IF on FFPE sections for this antibody (Vimentin Antibody (RV202): sc-32322)?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) with heat treatment for antigen retrieval with FFPE. Please see our immunofluorsecence protocol for more detailed information.

Can i ask the volume of Vimentin (sa-32322)? 100ul or 500 ul?

Thank you for your question. Vimentin Antibody (RV202) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 raised against cytoskeletal Vimentin extracts of calf lens. The exact epitope recognized by this monoclonal antibody has not been determined.
