含缬氨酸蛋白（VCP），也称为TERA（过渡内质网ATP酶）或p97，是AAA ATP酶家族的成员，参与多种细胞活动。 VCP是酿酒酵母Cdc48的哺乳动物同源物，酿酒酵母Cdc48是酵母细胞有丝分裂完成所必需的蛋白质。 VCP被认为参与多种膜功能和细胞周期的调节。它与泛素化的IκB-α以及26S蛋白体结合，表明VCP在蛋白体介导的IκB-α降解中可能起作用。

仅限研究使用。不适用于诊断和治疗用途。

What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with VCP (F-5): sc-133211 monoclonal antibody?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from strong bandsAs we know, VCP is an independent prognostic factor in gastric cancer. We choose this antibody for WB detect VCP,we tried 1:500 dilution ,it's no problem got strong bands.Maybe it canbe futher diluted at 1:1000.
